The Ridgeway Dorms are getting a Face Lift at Western Washington University and we are doing our part by replacing all the old single pane wood windows with new Aluminum Clad Eagle Windows. Phase A is complete and Phase B is due to begin in the summer of 2012.

University of Washington's ROTC Building, Clark Hall, went through a complete renovation. Once again, we stepped in with our fenestrational expertise and upgraded all the window to new Aluminum Clad Windows by Eagle. We took advantage of Eagle's adjustable brickmold profiles to accommodate the varying masonry opening conditions.

This was a complete new construction of a Kindergarten through High School Facility for the Muckleshoot Tribe in Auburn. We worked with BnB and took care of the Rough Opening Preparation and the Window and Door install for the entire Facility.

Hanging high off a Cabled Swing Stage, we worked day and night to replace the West Facing Windows of the Lowell's Restaurant at Pike Place Market with new Aluminum Clad Windows by Eagle.

Another window replacement at Pike Place Market this time at the Triangle Building. We replaced all windows with new All Wood Windows using a Custom Brickmold Profile to keep the Historical Appearance.

As you enter Century Link Stadium to watch our Beloved Seahawks or Sounders, look to the West of the Stadium to see the Palmer Court Building with all new Eagle Windows replaced by Sargent Construction Services. This time we Custom Fabricated Metal for the Head Arches of every window.

Under vigorous inspection by BEE Engineering, SCS completed the entire building envelope of the Alex Building with Henry's Blueskin. We then custom fabricated, painted and installed all the green metal flashings around the entire building. A Special Thanks goes to BBH for their speedy and precise metal fabrication.
